Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
